The Foundation
The starter. Audit, three sessions a week, one protein anchor. Round one is the audition.
Read more →You work hard. You’re smart about most things. So why can’t you figure this out? We do it together. I grow. You grow.
Most programs are written for someone who doesn’t exist — no kids, no job, no ceiling on sleep. This one isn’t. The Foundation is a training system designed for working adults aged 25 to 67 who are done with apps that bury them in volume.
You get the curiosity of a long conversation and the precision of a real science. The gray area between Joe Rogan and Mike Israetel is the whole point.
Forget the generic three-step funnel. Here’s exactly what the first two weeks with me look like, in order.
Send me last week’s calendar. We find the 90–150 minutes you didn’t know you had. No workout yet.
I write your first session by hand the night before. We meet at the rack. 35–45 minutes, hard stop.
We run the same eight-week block twice. The repeat is the cheat code. Boring on purpose.
Round two ratchets the load, swaps one assistance, fixes one non-training default. That’s it.

No copy-paste templates. No app spitting out a generic block. The night before your session I look at how your week actually went — your sleep, your stress, the meeting that ran long, the load that flew last time — and I write the next page of your program in a notebook in blue pen.
It is slow. It is unscaleable. It is also why my clients finish what they start.
“I work hard.
I’m smart about most things.
Why can’t I figure THIS out?”
That sentence — verbatim, from the mirror — is the most honest thing a new client has ever said to me. It tracks. The loudest people in fitness make you pick a tribe before you’ve even loaded a bar. The gray area is the answer.
Direct quotes from clients in the room. Names changed where asked, results not.
“Pants are loose for the first time since college. The thing I didn’t expect was that I stopped crashing at 8pm.
“Eight strict pull-ups, which is eight more than when we started. He never once made me feel small about it.
“I thought I needed five sessions. He cut me to three and I’ve never looked better. The audit was the whole game.

Full story →You don’t have a time problem. You have a defaults problem. The first session is an audit — we find the 90–150 minutes already in your week.
Most likely you never finished a full eight-week block twice. The repeat is the cheat code. We build the spine before we add load.
Good — that’s the entire premise. The Foundation 8-week starter exists exactly for people who are stuck at the front door.
Half the roster is. We’ll either train in a quiet corner or build a 30-minute home setup that actually works. No pressure. Yet.
No pressure. Yet. The first move is a conversation. Text, call, or email — whichever puts a bar in your hands the fastest.
