These terms cover your use of the foundationfitnesscoaching.com website and any paid coaching engagement you enter into with Maverick Villarreal d/b/a Foundation Fitness Coaching, based in Lubbock, Texas.

The site is informational. You can read it, share it, link to it. You can use the nutrition calculator. You may not scrape it for a competing service or republish the long-form posts without permission.

Exercise is exercise. Anything written here — including the calculator, the blog, and the program descriptions — is general fitness information, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury, or take medication that affects exertion tolerance, clear training with your physician first. Foundation Fitness Coaching and Maverick Villarreal accept no liability for injury or illness arising from your independent use of the materials on this site.

Specific paid coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement you’ll receive before payment. That agreement covers scope, schedule, payment, refunds, and what happens if either party needs to pause or end the engagement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these site terms, the coaching agreement controls.

Coaching is invoiced directly. Payment terms appear on every invoice. Refund policy depends on the program and is spelled out in the coaching agreement — generally, you can stop at the end of any block, and we’ll prorate any unused portion of a paid block on request.

We work with adults who want to be coached. We reserve the right to end any engagement, without refund of the active period, for repeated disrespect of coaching staff, other clients, or shared facilities.

We may update these terms. The version posted here is the version in effect. Active clients will be notified directly of any material change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled in Lubbock County. We will always try to resolve things in a phone call first.
